Perfect for ribs, tofu, or vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml of strong infusion of Lapsang Souchong
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- Pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Infuse 1 tbsp of tea in 250 ml of hot water. Allow to cool.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Pour over your grilled dishes, and let marinate in the fridge for 2 to 12 hours.
- Grill and enjoy!
BBQ TIP:
Place 2 tablespoons of Lapsang Souchong in a tray with a little rice and brown sugar. Heat it in your BBQ (or covered wok) to smoke meats, tofu, or cheese.
